WHAT IS OZONE? |
During lightning storm, oxygen molecules (O2) are broken apart and recombined as ozone (O3). Ozone has 3 atoms. Disinfecting and oxidation happen when an extra oxygen atom splits off from an ozone molecule. O3 purifies air through oxidation. When it occurs, both the tom and contaminant are destroyed.
